As we enter this next phase of growth, we're hiring exceptional talent with a track record of excellence to join us in shaping the next chapter.As a Risk Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating creditworthiness and assessing the risk profile of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) applying for loans. You will have the opportunity to learn and apply industry best practices in credit analysis and risk management, working alongside experienced professionals who have revolutionized SME lending in the digital age.Responsibilities
  • Credit Evaluation: Evaluate SME loan applicants’ creditworthiness using financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess borrower risk profiles by identifying key risks, mitigating factors, and overall financial strength.
  • Due Diligence & Compliance: Conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and credit standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and build a full understanding of borrowers’ businesses and financial positions.
  • Credit Decisioning & Portfolio Monitoring: Prepare credit recommendations, maintain accurate loan records, monitor existing borrowers, and help improve underwriting processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Preferably a fresh graduate or with maximum 1 year of experience.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and make sound decisions.
  • Communication & Work Style: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively, independently, and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency & Growth Mindset: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, with a strong desire to learn and build a career in credit underwriting and risk assessment.
