Role Description A Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) for the FMCG (food) industry is a key player in managing and growing a company's sales through (RD) Retail Distributors. This role blends: Strategic planning Distributor Inventory Management Relationship Management Retail Merchandising and Pricing Management Coordinate and execute marketing activities Distributor Sales Personnel (DSP) Performance oversight to ensure that products reach the market efficiently and profitably. RD Sell-in and Sell-out Performance Report This is a full-time position directly managing the RDs of North Central Luzon. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
