Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Associate-Operations to lead and support front office operations for a corporate travel account, focusing on chat and voice-based customer interactions. This role involves guiding the team with travel expertise, ensuring process accuracy, and supporting service quality. Qualifications: Amenable to work onsite at our Bridgetowne, Quezon City, and on rotational shifts. Proven track record managing customer service operations in a BPO, travel agency, or GDS environment. Prior experience working with or for a Global Travel Management Company . Strong understanding of corporate travel nuances , including policy enforcement , negotiated fares , travel risk management , and traveler experience . Proficiency in at least two GDS platforms - Sabre and Amadeus are mandatory; NDC knowledge preferred. Job Description: Assist Operations in supporting agents in production, training, process updates, and quality improvements. Support front-line agents on complex travel queries via chat and voice. Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates. Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies and procedures. Act as a point of contact for escalations related to travel bookings. Lead teams in achieving metric goals, completing monthly deliverables, and tasks. Show more Show less
