Industrial Engineer

• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
• Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing
• Key person communicating with Capacity Planner for any capacity changes
• Maintain accurate capacity models for capacity declaration, long term/short term, Supply Review Analysis and Free Capacity improvement analysis
• Ensure enough man capacity to support customer demand

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or any related courses
• Preferably with 2-3 years experience in capacity and planning
• Has experience in semiconductor manufacturing process
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
• With strong presentation and problem-solving skills
• Can work under pressure
