The Senior Business Development Analyst plays a pivotal role in the expansion of the clinic&aposs network and service portfolio through mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investment initiatives. This role requires strong financial modeling expertise, deal execution experience, and a deep understanding of healthcare systems and investment landscapes in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will help shape growth strategies, forge key partnerships, and evaluate new ventures that align with the clinic group's mission of delivering high-quality, accessible care. Business Analysis & Strategy Development Analyze internal data and market trends to provide insights that support clinic growth and profitability. Develop business models and forecasts for new services, clinic branches, or strategic initiatives. Monitor KPIs such as patient volume, utilization rates, cost-per-service, and revenue per patient. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Conduct market studies and industry benchmarking to assess competitive positioning. Monitor healthcare trends, regulations, and patient needs within the local and national context. Strategic Planning & Corporate Development Develop long-term business plans and growth strategies for clinic expansion (organic and inorganic). Develop dynamic financial models to capture business scenarios Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution. Project Management & Development Lead business development projects including clinic expansions, partnerships, or new healthcare programs. Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for new ventures or innovations. Stakeholder Reporting & Communication Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and IT. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field. MBA or Master's in a relevant discipline is a strong plus; CFA certification is a competitive advantage. Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, planning, or development - ideally in healthcare, clinic operations, or medical services. Familiarity with primary care operations and the Philippine healthcare regulatory landscape is highly valued. Strong ability to interpret complex data, spot opportunities, and craft strategic recommendations. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to guide data-driven business decisions. Exceptional business acumen with the ability to connect market realities to actionable strategies. Solid project management skills, with experience engaging and influencing multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, persuasive, and executive-ready presentations.
