Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Assists in the preparation of draft communications, e.g. letters, memoranda, reports and other documents 2. Prepares payroll, obligation request and disbursements 3. Assists in filing/sorting of personnel records 4. Monitors/Updates Records Management Module/database 5. Assists in the area of personnel and administrative work and 6. Does other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time. Job Outputs: 1. Office documents, records, files and other communications 2. Payroll worksheet/register 3. Statistical Reports/database and 4. Memoranda/Letters.
