FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST LAND, INC.JOB SUMMARY:Review and consolidation of financial statements of Filinvest's residential business segment, including other reports and schedules required by the management. As such, he/she also is S responsible for providing analysis of the performance of the regional business Groups in support of the analysis of the overall segment along with his/her manager and/or the controller.FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly consolidation of the residential financial statements
Review of the financial statement supports and required schedules before submission to management.
Coordinate with the regional finance partners for any changes/updates in the reporting requirements by the management. Acts as a link between the Controller and or Financial Reporting Manager and the Regional finance partners.
Perform simultaneous review with the regional finance partners of the existing processes and policies and provide recommendations for improvement, if necessary.
Ensure that the required allocation of corporate expenses is performed accordingly and regularly.
Determine ways to improve the Financial Statement preparation process and accuracy based on the available system and data.
Other tasks to be assigned, as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Accountancy graduate

Must be a CPA
SAP Knowledgeable
knowledge in real estate industry
