Duties and Responsibilities: A. Oversee ITM-Cebu Operations: Serve as a primary point of contact for communications and escalations pertaining to Cebu operations Overseeing staff on-site, coordinating with departments, ensuring safety and compliance standards and that the site is running smoothly. Analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic changes for the operations. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training for continuous team development. Creating and implementing new policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, client's satisfaction and to enhance workflow. Investigate and resolve escalated issues and complaints promptly. Monitoring and managing inventory levels with the admin staff. B. Resource and Client Coordination and Engagement Serve as next level point-of-contact onsite of client and resources for communications and escalations pertaining to Cebu operations Engage and build good business relationship with client POCs onsite and offsite. Assist client POCs, leads and manager/s on-site for any operational issues Building positive employee relations and leadership bench strength. C. Reporting to ITM Leadership Prepare and present business reviews and performance reports ITM executive management. Overseeing budgets and ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals D.
