Maintains organizational knowledge and aligns with standards
Builds strong team relationships and supports project delivery
Follows management direction and contributes to team productivity
Backs up systems/data and maintains centralized documentation
Completes tasks based on IT Management directives and meets KPIs
Resolves SAP and email system issues per SLA
Handles system enhancements and incident reporting
Coordinates support concerns with CIO and updates ticketing tools
Supports SAP performance, transport, license, and backup tasks
Manages SAP user authorizations and shares expertise with the team
Provides project man-day estimates
Performs system transports, backups, and server maintenance
Configures SAP systems and monitors daily tasks
Troubleshoots SAP GUI and email issues
Collaborates with teams for issue resolution and requests
Creates/manages SAP users and delivers end-user training
Maintains email systems and rolls out enhancements

What our Client is Looking For:

Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS
Must have basic knowledge in SAP Netweaver, ECC 6.0 and S4Hana System
With basic knowledge in MS SQL, SAP ASE, and Hana Database
Knowledge in Windows
Must possess basic knowledge in the network, hardware and software administration of SAP Basis
Experience in S/4HANA is preferable but not required
