- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients including startups, HR teams, and SMEs.
- Lead or support client presentations, product demos, and partnership discussions.
- Maintain and update the CRM pipeline to ensure consistent follow-ups and accurate tracking of opportunities.
- Collect client feedback and insights to refine Jias go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the CEO in preparing and refining pitch decks for investors, government partners, and accelerators.
- Assist in creating business cases, investor updates, and presentation materials that effectively communicate Jias vision and performance.
- Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen Jias storytelling and differentiation.
- Support the execution of growth experiments and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing to co-develop campaigns and content for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Contribute to key product and business initiatives by providing data-driven insights and creative input.
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional passionate about startups, technology, and AI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Competence in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva.
- Analytical and creative thinker capable of converting data and ideas into compelling narratives.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Preferred but not required: Experience in business competitions, student organizations, marketing, or startup projects.
- Starting salary of 30k-35k / month.
- Direct mentorship from Jias founding leadership (CEO, COO, CBO, and CTO).
