- Lead large-scale change and transformation initiatives across operations
- Identify and implement process improvement strategies that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience
- Propose value-added solutions using Process Reimagine frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Lead automation and analytics initiatives to improve operational performance
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-impact automation or analytics programs
- Develop strategic recommendations based on operational insights and data analysis
- Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align transformation initiatives with business priorities
- Ensure successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects across multiple business units
- Continuously evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements in processes, systems, and policies
- Leverage collaboration across business functions to maximize operational synergy
- Minimum 17 years of professional experience
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in process excellence, transformation, or operational improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification required
- Strong experience in automation, analytics, and large-scale transformation programs
- Proven track record of managing multiple high-impact automation or analytics initiatives end-to-end
- Experience working with Insurance campaigns or insurance industry operations
