(For Equipment Maintenance and Test Product Engineering) Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes. These includes automated test handlers sub-assemblies and related components or parts. Educational Background: Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related vocational course. Fresh graduate or must have at least 2-years of work experience in an electronics or semiconductor industry. Have basic mechanical and electronics knowledge. Can operate the equipment (Explain major equipment subsystem) Clear minor jams. Performs simple setups and conversion. Performs handler setup and kit conversion activities including but not limited to setting up the temperature, lead count, setup file per package and installing LN2 tank as required on lot to be tested. Troubleshoots and repairs basic handler jams and errors to at least 2 different equipment models. Inspects, cleans, and aligns the contact and plunger assemblies as part of contact verification related to low yield setup. Conducts search for missing units in the handler. Performs mini-PM activities and Calibration as required by TPM. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by Superiors from time to time.
