Quality Assurance Specialist

• Inspect raw materials for compliance with safety and quality standards before production begins
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP protocols
• Conduct routine lab tests on in-process and finished products (e.g., pH, moisture, microbial load)
• Document and analyze results to identify trends or deviations from quality benchmarks
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Enforce sanitation protocols in production and packaging areas
• Train staff on food safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Participate in internal and external audits to maintain certifications and regulatory compliance

• Prepare QA reports and maintain detailed records for traceability
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations
• Update and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly
