We are dedicated to providing equal opportunities, removing barriers, and creating an environment where everyone feels they truly belong.ResponsibilitiesThe MHE Operator – MPJ or Pallet Jack Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to support inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations. The role ensures accurate movement, stacking, and retrieval of goods while strictly complying with DHL safety, quality, and operational standards.

Operate assigned MHE (e.g., MPJ, CBT, RT as applicable) for loading, unloading, put-away, replenishment, and dispatch activities
Perform daily MHE safety checks and report equipment issues immediately
Ensure correct handling, stacking, and storage of products based on SOPs
Follow warehouse layout, location systems, and scanning processes
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and 5S
Support inventory accuracy by following FIFO/FEFO and location discipline
Comply with DHL Supply Chain safety, quality, and productivity standards
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor

Requirements

At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
With warehouse or logistics experience
Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and holidays
Knowledge of basic warehouse safety and procedures
Team-oriented, disciplined, and safety-conscious
Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
