The BI Developer is in charge of developing reports and dashboards using PowerBI. He/She will be working with different business units to develop PowerBI solutions that will aid stakeholders in decision making and evaluation of the performance of certain shows or products. He/She should have the experience in connecting multiple data sources from both on-premise & cloud-based environments and have a good practical understanding of PowerBi capabilities Accountabilities Design, develop, test and deploy SQL queries and troubleshoot errors. Able to use Power Query to transform data in Power BI Perform Power BI administration tasks as required and make recommendations for continual improvements in how PowerBi is being used Create PowerBI measures, code DAX and M-query Connect different data sources to PowerBI Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models Create & maintain documentation that explains BI report, parameters, models, and relationships Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and troubleshoot errors Effectively prioritize and manage concurrently assigned project tasks, demonstrate initiative, and work independently with minimal supervision Independently troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve support issues in relation to reports & dashboards Project management Perform adhoc analysis and reports as needed by the business unit Job Specifications Intermediate skills on MS Office Advance knowledge on PowerBI, PowerQuery, SQL and Cloud databases Advance knowledge on data analysis Able to understand business questions and create reports/analysis that addresses those questions General knowledge on GDPR and other data privacy laws globally Excellent presentation skills Proven stakeholder management Excellent communication skills Proven time and project management skills(Agile) Impeccable work ethics Other Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree holder At least 3 years of relevant experience Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective Show more Show less
