- Manage paid social media ad budgets, making adjustments to ensure KPIs are hitting goals
- Create and traffic ads daily using the Meta ad buying interface, with a strong attention to detail & ensuring client ads are without error
- Perform weekly reporting on specific initiatives or overall account performance
- Build recurring and ad hoc reports and internal account analyses that are both performance & creative development-driven
- Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Meta ad campaigns
- Translate technical concepts into actionable, tactical and strategic action plans
- Familiarize yourself with client products & come up with promotional strategies on paid social
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
- Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent media buying/ advertising analyst experience
- 3+ years experience with Paid Ads Specialist or Media Buying Specialist or any related field
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Meta Ads certified preferred)
- Knowledge of Meta Business Manager
- Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external, and client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical track record
- Proactive, organized, and able to work well individually and in a team environment (self-starter who thrives in a startup environment)
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and KPIs vital to e-commerce such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, Conversion Rate, AOV, etc. (preferred)
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and paid search landscape (preferred)
- Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables (preferred)
- Experience working on Marketing Decks (preferred)
- Capable of navigating Google Analytics, Shopify, or other platforms (preferred)
- Experience managing monthly media budgets of $50,000 or higher (preferred)
