KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Corporate Social Responsibility:· Lead local and regional CSR initiatives and programs· Develop effective CSR programs encompassing Financial Literacy as the flagship program which aims to engage with internal and external communities.· Collaborate with organizational committees to develop and execute programs and projects in accordance with corporate strategy.· Collaborate with communications teams to promote CSR and sustainability initiatives to stakeholders· Establish relationships and represent AXA with local community groups, nonprofits and industry organizations under the banner of AXA Hearts in action· Assist with board and CEO level presentations highlighting the CSR program and activities for executives· Serve as a liaison for CSR and provide annual reporting data as requested by the Group and AMO· Ensure the tracking of volunteering activities and timely reporting of local entity engagement to Group and AMOSusatainability:· Build and maintain with subject matter experts a comprehensive knowledge of sustainability initiatives and programs across the Company.· Coordinate with subject matter experts on emerging trends, frameworks, industry benchmarks, and issues.· In collaboration with the Executive Leadeship Team, develop appropriate goals, metrics and process for measuring the Company’s performance with respect to Sustainability including safety, health, environmental, community engagement and government relations objectives.· Collect and analyze company-wide data on sustainability initiatives and programs and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to provide the Executive leadership team with relevant updates, analysis, and recommendations on sustainability programs and reporting.· Timely coordination and submission of the annual Sustainability Report; benchmark the Company’s performance against its peers and identify and recommend improvement.· Develop regular updates, presentations and reports for senior management and the Sustainability Committee.· Maintain the Company’s Risk Register.KEYSTAKEHOLDERS:InternalExternalQualifications

More than 10 years relevant CSR experience, with meaningful exposure to major corporate CSR and Sustainability programs
Internal and external event production experience
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels
Excellent organizational and project management skills
