- Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and project goals.
- Elicit and document clear, detailed business requirements and create visual representations such as process flows and high-level designs.
- Partner with leadership to support decision-making and ensure alignment on cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive stakeholder alignment on proposed enhancements.
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, and reporting needs.
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Consistently record and distribute meeting minutes, decisions, and actionable items.
- Track and manage changes to requirements during project implementation, ensuring clarity, communication, and stakeholder approval.
- Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure accurate execution and resolution of requirements.
- Use analytics and KPIs to track project success and highlight opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the development of end-user documentation and support materials.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing delivery role across diverse industries.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work effectively across multifunctional project teams and engage with various stakeholders, including program leaders, SMEs, and process owners.
- Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Skilled in using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Project, Visio, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to both technical and executive-level audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
