- Performs skilled support on package related evaluations using FA visual and electron microscopy inspection tools.
- Provide basic support/services to both internal and external customer; like X-ray, SAT, SEM/EDX, macro and micro inspection, and micro-sectioning.
- Performs sample preparation and cleaning to make sure the returned sample from the customer is fit for ATE verification.
- Assists FA personnel in administrative tasks like general store supplies.
- Conducts periodic housekeeping in the area especially at the wet lab.
- Education / Experience
- Graduate of a Technical course.
- Preferred with at least 2 yrs experience in semiconductor manufacturing process
- Skills
- Possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in working with optical microscope, SEM, SAT, X-ray, and other failure analysis inspection tools.
- Has acceptable communication skill
- Computer knowledge with skills in usage of MS OFFICE.
