Job Summary The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for the sales and marketing of Shimadzu electronic balances and general laboratory equipment. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Performs sales, after-sales support, and marketing of Shimadzu electronic balances and general laboratory equipment 2. Conduct meetings, product presentations, demonstration/training to establish product demand 3. Find new business opportunities related to general laboratory equipment 4. Address customer complaints professionally and create CAPA (corrective action, preventive action) 5. Input all calls and sales-related activities in CRM Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or any science-related course At least 1 year experience as chemical laboratory analyst or as salesperson for general laboratory equipment Proficient in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional and tactful manner Ability to deal effectively with clients and customers in resolving conflicts Ability to work with teams and collaborate Willing to travel and has valid driver's license Show more Show less
