MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESMeet monthly and quarterly quota in line with Sales Performance PolicyMeet target inquiries dailySubmit required reports dailyFollow standard format of quotations and proposals for sending to clientsAssist in scheduled sales events planning, preparation and facilitationInitiate marketing activities that may boost salesMaintain excellent rapport and business relationship with clientsMemorize Servicing and Warranty guidelinesStrictly follow rules and regulations, process and procedures set by the company and ensure that all responsibilities assigned to you are completed accurately and on timePull Out units as necessary if company authorized driverAssigned tasks for MG Cebu Central.Specific Responsibilities:Showroom schedule must be strictly followed along with the responsibilities connected with it such as cleanliness and orderliness of the area, replenishment of brochures, quotation pad, regulating equipments hours of operation and anything that may promote premium feel for clientsTest Drive, Reservation, Referral, Trade In, Commission Claim, Day Off and Releasing Processes must be strictly followedUnit Preparation, Sales Invoicing, Insurance Policy must be requested on timeAll needed documentations must be signed by clients prior to releasingAfter Sales call must be done 3 days after the unit is releasedMust adhere to assigned scheduleOther tasks assigned related to the demands of the business
