
Digital Learning Administrator

- Manage, maintain, monitor and analyse user engagement with learning platforms,
stakeholders
- Provide LMS and L&D platforms training for new users and leadership teams
- Oversee learning records and reporting for compliance and audits
- Manage eLearning support queries and team inbox
- Support the logistics of digital learning events, including calendar management and
- Support LMS transition by coordinating system setup, migration, and stakeholder
- Support analysis and design of digital learning programs, adhering to best practice
- Manage content delivery calendar to ensure appropriate release schedule,
- End-to-end administration of The Cage LMS platform and associated eLearning
- Conduct training sessions to teach new team members, and team leaders how to use
- Support the delivery of Support Office communications and programs
- Oversee the Training inbox, responding to eLearning related queries in a timely and
- Ensure learning and development records and statistics are maintained and
development activities
- Assist the L&D team in the logistics and delivery of operational training nationally
- Maintain the level of technical development in line with business needs
- Develop a constructive culture geared towards learning and innovation
- And any other activities appropriate for the role
- Technical aptitude and system knowledge
- Agile working experience
- Exceptional organisational skills with high degree of drive, initiative, outcome
- Proven analytical and problems solving skills coupled with strong attention to detail
- Previous demonstrated experience in developing high quality, professional digital
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and also as part of the
- Program skills:
- Webinar hosting software (GoToWebinar preferred)
- Office 365 (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, including SharePoint and Power
- Video editing desirable (Premiere Pro)
- 1-3 years of experience required
