- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, and conditional formulas.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to track business performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document processes and provide recommendations for improving data management and reporting efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong expertise in VLOOKUP and related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database management systems preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
