Metal Inventory Analyst

• Assist production workflow for all cylinder SKUs in all refilling plants to capture cylinder movement overview & consumption and engage in consolidation of cylinder requirements from Sales and CAPEX preparation.
• Coordinate with the logistics and suppliers on the timely delivery of cylinders for inventory replenishment of all refilling plants nationwide. Engagement of cylinder manufacturer and maintenance service providers for the newly fabricated cylinder purchases and cylinder repair and maintenance requirements.
• Secure that stock/buffer from Operations/refilling plants is maintained and healthy, implement strategies for inventory movements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for the evaluation of suppliers and compliance on the cylinder and accessories requirements (ie. cylinders, valves, regulators, etc.) which requires vendor engagement on timely delivery of orders.
• Mitigate and escalate concerns for LPG cylinders such as fabrication delays, critical inventories, quality issues with the supplier, and spot requirement of Sales.

• Finalize monthly submission of nationwide consolidation of cylinder stocks and inventoriables.
• Project System and Purchase Order Monitoring for Cylinders and Accessories
• Proper execution and documentation in SAP for cylinder & accessories distribution from manufacturer to the receiving plant in coordination with Operations and Finance Team.
• Close coordination with Asset Accounting to ensure that all augmented cylinders were properly tagged with asset numbers for proper asset monitoring.

• Monthly coordination with contractors on the payables and ensures all billing documents for 2 cylinder purchase, freight cost, standard inspection cost, and maintenance cost were processed in due time and payment is remitted within the agreed payment term.
• Regular reconciliation with external traders for the cylinder recovery activity to ensure updated records of cylinder exchange between PLPI and Other brands.
• Monthly reconciliation with cylinder suppliers to ensure accurate cylinder balance against ordered quantity.
