Role Description: Staying true to our commitment towards excellent service, we are seeking a Residential Real Estate Associate to join our team. The Associate will work full time along with a team of real estate professionals to provide great service to clients in need of home purchase, leasing or rental. The broker will be based in Taguig with flexibility to work from home as needed. In this position, you will be responsible for site viewings, building a listings database, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a complete knowledge of real estate trends and practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines Previous experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants can apply Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability in salesmanship, networking, and negotiations Ability to work independently and within a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends A real estate license in the Philippines is highly preferred, but not required The drive to keep up with industry changes in technology, laws, and regulations The ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment Entry Level Applicants: We encourage individuals who are new to the real estate industry to apply.
