Start Date ASAPTasks:Lead Generation & Client OutreachIdentify and generate leads from the aviation and automotive industries, particularly focusing on Aircraft Maintenance (MRO) in Europe and the Middle East.Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, phone calls, and email to build connections and secure opportunities.Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM platforms.Social Media ManagementCreate, schedule, and manage posts for LinkedIn and other platforms to support recruitment and brand awareness.Engage with industry-related content and communities to boost visibility.Develop content strategies tailored for target audiences in the aviation and automotive sectors.HR & Recruitment SupportSource, screen, and coordinate with contractors in aviation and automotive industries.Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment communications.
Support hiring campaigns through targeted outreach and social media engagement.General Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and scheduling meetings.Take minutes during meetings and summarize key action points.Update CRM systems with accurate data entries and maintain organized records.Conduct research as needed.Perform other administrative and research-related duties as needed.QualificationsProven experience as a Virtual Assistant.Proven experience in Sales.Knowledge in aviation and/or automotive industries is a strong plusProven experience in social media managementProven experience in recruitment, particularly in technical or industry-specific rolesStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environmentProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independentlyNote: High-performing candidates with strong credentials may be offered a full-time position.
