- Acquire an understanding of the payment processes & Treasury functions
- Respond to queries in a timely manner & ensure all items are actioned as expected
- Communicate all relevant information to colleagues within the team
- Ensure that all information pertaining to a customer is retained within the pertinent file.
- Ensure all tasks are completed daily in a timely and effective manner, escalate outstanding items to management
- Provide support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners in relation to incoming and outgoing payment transactions
- Authenticate documentation and transaction information
- Organise Treasury meetings, set the agenda and circulate minutes of the meeting.
- Maintain effective communication between the Treasury department, internal departments and counterparty banks Ad hoc Treasury and Reporting projects.

- Ensure that all policies and procedures regarding Anti-Money Laundering, along with, all the Company’s internal controls and policies pertaining to the Money Transfer services are adhered to at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Diligent, conscientious, organized and accurate.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues.
- Treat all company resources, processes and people with respect, honesty and integrity.
- Fluent in English, portraying practical examples.
- Experience working in a Customer Service/Business Role.
- Understanding of the Regulatory environment pertaining to the Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland to ensure all internal controls and procedures in this respect are adhered to at all times and regulatory considerations explained to customers in a professional manner.
