As the business expands, we are seeking to hire an Internal Auditor to join our growing company.Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audits of financial processes, identifying risks, control gaps, and areas of improvement
Monitor compliance with relevant financial regulations (e.g, IFRS) and internal policies across all departments
Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks
Prepare detailed reports for management, summarizing audit findings and recommending corrective actions
Collaborate with the US-based and Philippines-based accounting and finance teams to ensure enlightenment on compliance matters and process improvements
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters and best practices
Stay-up-to date with changes in relevant regulations and industry standards
Assist in auditing other departments (e.g., HR, Operations) for compliance with internal policies and procedures, as needed
Support the procedural processes within the existing accounting system and assist with related task

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
3+ years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in a compliance-focused role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Proven experience conducting internal audits and preparing audit reports
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and software (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)
CPA or CIA certification is required
Adaptability and willingness to learn about compliance requirements in different areas of the business
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different locations
