- Run structured experiments (audiences, creatives, offers, landing/lead flows)
- Maintain a simple monthly marketing calendar aligned to enrollment targets
- Coordinate creative needs with the team (briefs, asset requests, messaging angles)
- Own lead follow-up cadence via email/SMS/calls and ensure response speed
- Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations (nurture sequences, reminders, reactivation, missed-call text backs)
- Keep the pipeline accurate: stages, tags, notes, next steps, and handoffs
- Use warm, clear, professional English aligned to Cadenza's brand voice
- Use My Music Staff (MMS) to support onboarding: trial scheduling support, new student record setup, enrollment tracking
- Maintain tracking docs/sheets and basic system hygiene (Basecamp + Google Workspace)
- Execute monthly growth/ops improvement projects (systems, templates, automation upgrades, funnel refinements)
- Produce weekly snapshots + a monthly performance review with clear next actions
- Launch/optimize 2-4 paid campaign tests with clear reporting and learnings
- Implement or improve core GoHighLevel sequences (new lead nurture, trial reminders, reactivation)
- Improve pipeline visibility: every lead has a status + next step
- Deliver a monthly report covering: inquiries, lead→trial, trial→enroll, response time, top learnings and next tests

- Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets)
- Basecamp (projects)
- ChatGPT / AI tools (for drafting, systems, and workflow efficiency)
- 2+ years in growth marketing, marketing ops, enrollment/sales ops, or CRM-driven marketing
- Hands-on paid social experience (Meta preferred)
- Strong written/spoken English and high attention to detail
- Highly organized and reliable (can manage a pipeline + deadlines + SOPs)
- Comfortable working in a high-standards environment with feedback and approvals on key campaigns/messages
