ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM Our Marketing team is in-charge of ideating and implementing strategies that will help drive awareness for our brand. We always seek new and creative ways to position Enstack as a top-of-mind partner for SMEs looking to sell faster with our end-to-end digital tools. As part of this team, your days will look different while wearing multiple hats: content creator, communication strategist, brand ambassador manager, copywriter, and more. We work closely with the Business Development and Customer Service teams to help integrate our expertise in consumer communications with merchant acquisition and customer relationship management. ABOUT THE ROLE Identify the relevant target audience by utilizing Facebook, Instagram, and Google analytical tools Develop strong collaborative connections with cross-functional teams to ensure performance marketing strategy, KPIs, and outcomes are aligned Agile team player, adept at jumping quickly between projects, clients, and tasks without ever missing a beat Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Facebook & Google advertisers Design split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third-party tools Conceptualize digital media strategies to optimize user experience in-app and across Facebook and Google Ads Develop tools to automate campaign building and feed management processes to help streamline team workflow Manage the setup, development, and maintenance of Online Marketing infrastructure, including tracking, feed, pages, data Assist in the reporting of daily marketing outcomes Perform thorough keyword research as well as search behavior and audience research Plan and implement SEM tactics both on-page and off-page, including link building, viral marketing, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, content optimization, and more Champion and implement SEM projects, maintain adherence to targets, and monitor progress and performance along the way Work with Development teams to ensure SEM best practices are properly implemented on websites and web pages Investigate organic conversion drop-offs; coming up with tactics Generate reports and communicate SEM performance to company stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Requires 1-2 years of working experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management. Experience with benchmarking metrics such as Cost-per-Click (CPC), Cost-per-Install (CPI), Click-Through-Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices Ability to develop presentations with deep insights, technical content, and recommendations to customers by analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, and customer journey Good spoken and written in the local language and English Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel) and Gsuite A problem-solver in finding solutions to move customer numbers to a positive angle and able to think from the perspective of a user Show more Show less
