Key Responsibilities: As Procurement Operations Team Lead, you will play a key role in enabling reliable, compliant, and efficient procurement operations processes, with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, procurement and finance teams to enable and deliver efficient and effective procurement services within DWS. Procurement Operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support Process design, improvement, and management (including documentation) Stakeholder management and escalation handling Leadership and people management Skills & Qualifications: Degree from an accredited university in a business administration or industrial engineering, or any related field Proven leadership experience (5+ years) in a procurement operations function, preferably within the asset management, banking, or financial services industry. Thorough understanding of the source-to-pay end-to-end process. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with hands-on experience in business process and operational management for procurement, source-to-pay, or purchase-to-pay. Ability to work independently with focus on results. Strong English communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex business concepts clearly to all seniority levels. Experienced in digital and data-driven environments, with an interest in utilizing advanced tools for process improvement. Proficiency in the use of MS Office and SAP Ariba Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus.
