Our client is a forward-thinking company that leverages the latest AI technology to build software faster and smarter. We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about modern development practices. In this role, you will primarily work within the Lovable AI platform to build, deploy, and maintain robust full-stack applications. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who understands software engineering fundamentals and is excited to apply them within a powerful AI-assisted environment. You will be working on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition to full time 40 hours per week during US business hours, with weekly payment.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the Lovable AI platform.
Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that connect PathFinder with third-party platforms (e.g., Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce, PostHog) and integrate third-party APIs and services within the Lovable ecosystem
Contribute to our React.js-based frontend UI for clients to interact with dashboards and insights
Build and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines for AI models and customer data processing
Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding configurations and client data needs
Troubleshoot bugs, develop patches, and ensure production reliability
Improve CI/CD workflows for faster, more reliable deployments
Implement logging, monitoring, and observability best practices

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in full stack development (Node.js, React.js)
Proven experience with API integrations and data platforms like Segment.io
Strong understanding of database design, data pipelines, and analytics tooling
Familiarity with cloud-native development, security best practices, and scalable architecture
Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in debugging production issues
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI/ML, and customer success teams
Bonus: Experience with AI APIs like OpenAI and knowledge of observability platforms like Datadog or Sentry

Note: This role uses Hubstaff for time tracking. This is a requirement from the client's investors for transparency and high-level productivity reporting and is not used for micromanagement.
