The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the organizations talent acquisition initiatives by building candidate pipelines, coordinating sourcing events, and assisting with internal recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Pipelining Pilot: Facilitate and support candidate pipelining efforts through participation in career fairs and related recruitment events.
  • University Relations & SPARK Events: Provide sourcing support for university partnerships and SPARK initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
  • Employee Referral Program: Assist in the administration and promotion of the company-wide Employee Referral Program to enhance internal talent referrals.
  • Marketing & Internal Communications: Serve as a marketing assistant for internal communications, including creating ads, promotional materials, and announcements to support recruitment and employee engagement efforts.
