About the job: Middle Full Stack Engineer (QC) | HybridWork Schedule: Morning ShiftWork Location: Cubao, Quezon CityWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite / 2x remote)Requirements:
  • 3+ years of practical experience in full-stack development with solid proficiency in Java/Kotlin Spring Boot and modern front-end technologies, including Angular, React, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of both graph databases (preferably Neo4j) and relational databases (preferably MySQL).
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and understanding of cloud deployment concepts.
  • Experience working in agile development environments with a focus on collaborative team dynamics.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools including version control, build tools, and testing frameworks.
  • Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Full-stack Development
o Develop and maintain applications across the entire technology stack, including back-end APIs and front-end interfaces
o Implement database integrations with both graph databases and relational databases.
o Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that effectively consume back-end API services.
o Ensure seamless data flow and integration between front-end, back-end, and database layers. * Back-end Developmento Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot with Java or Kotlin.
o Develop efficient data access patterns and database integration logic
o Implement RESTful APIs following best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
o Participate in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues across the back-end stack. * Front-end Developmento Create engaging user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
o Implement responsive designs that work effectively across different devices and browsers.
o Develop reusable components and maintain consistent UI/UX standards.
o Integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs and handle real-time data updates. * Collaborative Engineering & Growtho Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and other team members to deliver integrated solutions
o Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and estimation.
o Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve skills and code quality.
