We are currently seeking an Accounting Director to lead our full-cycle accounting department operations in APAC and India . This role is essential for the accurate and timely preparation of accounting records and financial statements for the region. Key Responsibilities: Oversee regional accounting functions to ensure compliance with applicable financial accounting standards and regulations. Develop and implement procedures and training to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting activities. Collaborate with corporate accounting and other regional accounting directors to ensure consistent implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Assist the corporate accounting group in the administration of internal control procedures and policies. Communicate with internal and external audits to ensure timely and accurate responses to information requests. Qualifications: CPA with audit experience of at least 5-8 years. 10 years of accounting experience. Ability to work in a hybrid setup in The Fort, Taguig City, following Pacific time. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer experience and financial objectives. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Experience in a metric-focused environment. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
