This role plays a key part in daily operations by maintaining rosters, coordinating shift assignments, and responding to changes in staffing needs with efficiency and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage staff rosters across multiple client accountsAllocate qualified personnel to open shifts based on skill, availability, and client requirementsCommunicate regularly with clients regarding schedule changes, staffing needs, and urgent requestsRespond promptly to last-minute adjustments such as cancellations, no-shows, or emergency fill-insMaintain accurate records using scheduling software and workforce management systemsCollaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure workforce supply meets demandBuild strong relationships with both clients and rostered staff to ensure service satisfactionGenerate and submit reports on fulfillment rates, scheduling activities, and client feedbackWhat You’ll BringExperience in workforce planning or scheduling coordinationProficiency in scheduling or HRIS systems — experience with Kronos preferredExposure to additional tools like Deputy, Rosterfy, or SAP is an advantageStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing business needsHigh attention to detail and accuracyPreferred QualificationsCertificate or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldsExperience in multi-site or large-scale rostering environmentsFamiliarity with staffing metrics, scheduling analytics, or service level monitoringWhat Success Looks LikeOn-time and accurate scheduling of all required shiftsHigh client satisfaction and low unfilled shift ratesEfficient coordination and proactive communication with stakeholdersScalable workforce coverage planning aligned to future business needsOur Core ValuesCollaboration – Brilliant jerks can be brilliant elsewhereImpact – Do, get it done, create impactPassion – Be positive, bring passion and energyTransparency – A transparent team can help each otherWhat Are You Waiting For?Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life.Join the A-Team and experience the A-Life!
