Job Overview:

Med Supply US is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing company.
As a leading provider of diabetes management solutions, we are committed to ensuring unhindered access to essential medical products, with a focus on Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and catheters.
The COO will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services to customers nationwide.

Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Med Supply USResponsibilities:
Operational Leadership:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize supply chain management.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan.
Identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and operational improvement.
Work closely with the executive team to align operational goals with the company's mission and objectives.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.

Supply Chain Management:

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a reliable and timely supply of medical products.
Optimize inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Customer Support:

Enhance and maintain a world-class customer support experience.
Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant standards.
Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address compliance requirements.

Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Proven experience as a COO or in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or medical supply industry.
Demonstrated success in operational leadership and strategic planning.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with medical supply chain management and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of diabetes management products, especially CGMs, is highly desirable

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
