And as you help us create a better world, we will help you build your own intellectual firepower.Welcome to the relentless pursuit of better.We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Insurance - Actuarial and AnalyticsIn this role, you will be responsible for advising all aspects of Workforce Management of the Philippine operations, including forecasting, capacity planning, staffing and scheduling, real-time monitoring, and operations management reporting and analysis.Responsibilities· · Produce long-term and mid-term forecast and capacity plan using historical data and other information provided by the clients· · Build and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Workforce Management with appropriate participation from Operations team· · Define standard metrics for forecasting and capacity planning in line with Client requirements as identified in the SOW/MSA· · Develop forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling strategy and framework that will allow the company to meet service levels, revenue goals, operating parameters· · Own the workforce management team as they balance schedule adjustments, schedule exceptions, schedule adherence, mentor and feedback and training schedules.· · Facilitate in the development and generation of management and operations report and report formats.· · Evaluate accuracy of forecasts and schedules prepared by the WFM teamQualifications:Minimum qualifications

College Graduate / with equivalent experience
Relevant experience required as WFM Supervisor
Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written
Good Excel/Presentation skills
Good people connect with outstanding PR skills

Preferred qualifications

Relevant years of experiences as RTA Manager
Understanding on sourcing & market / competition
Eye for detail and quick response time
