REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related courses. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management accounting, real estate finance, or any related industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling year-end audit and tax compliance, or any related scope. Strong understanding of property management and real estate development, and a high level of attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. Amenable to work in Makati City.
