RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the business Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Document management (including sorting, checking, and updating of manual trackers, documents, folders, etc.,) Maintain accounts on third-party websites for compliance Gather information to complete weekly and monthly reports Manage operational and compliance tasks in the Transport Management System Manage Incident Reports, Non-conformances, Fines, and other Compliance/WHS matters Conduct periodic audits Manage bookings from creation to completion QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any business-related course Can maintain and organize files with a high-level of accuracy Proven admin or operations assistant experience Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Able to speak English fluently Effective time-management skills to complete tasks within deadlines Computer literate and proficiency in using office software (e.g., Word, Excel) Adept at troubleshooting operational and compliance issues
