All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.Who The Client Is:The client is a small design-led award-winning architecture practice based in Australia, focusing on creating thoughtful, atmospheric, and well-crafted residential and small commercial projects.Role Overview:We’re on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician/Draftsperson to join a small, design-driven architecture studio. You’ll play a key role in translating creative concepts into accurate, detailed documentation using Revit. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a thoughtful, collaborative team on projects shaped by light, material, and context.Key Responsibilities:

Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including:
General arrangement plans (1:50)
Sections (1:20)
Elevations (1:100)
Construction details (1:5/1:10)
Door & window schedules, FF&E schedules

Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles
Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively
Communicate and collaborate with a small team in a remote environment
Manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines
Support the team with proactive input and a collaborative attitude

Requirements

Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats (having this is a big plus!)
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas

A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required
