WORK SETUP: Hybrid SHIFT SCHEDULE: Nightshift, Monday-Friday WORKPLACE LOCATION: Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking an Accounting & Payroll Analyst to support our administrative team as we continue to grow. This individual will facilitate the efficient operation of the organization by performing a variety of clerical, administrative tasks including that which requires coordination of our logistics in materials shipping and receiving Accounting Support Review Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices and enter details into Accounting System Review and reconcile credit card statements in ERP and accounting systems Data enter incoming sales and work orders into accounting and ERP Steel Issuing for Manufacturing Cycle Counting Schedule and Tracking ERP Support Work with Accounting Manager & CFO to develop reports from ERP to give business insights to department heads Pull Periodic Reports from ERP to compile and send to department heads and functional groups ERP Master list review and audits (Item/Customer/Vendor Masters) Payroll Support Timecard reviews Weekly timecard audits Ad hoc HRIS and Payroll Reports QUALIFICATIONS: Bacheloru0027s degree in accounting, finance, or related field 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: specifically, must have Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience. Other experience with related applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem are preferred. Must have excellent attention to detail, particularly numbers for calculations, invoice numbers, and data entry accuracy. Experience working with ERPs or Accounting Software Experience with Power BI tools would be highly desired (Power Query, SQL, etc) Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping, filing, and tracking.
