Build intelligent workflows using Salesforce AI services and Data Cloud. Create chatbots, intelligent agents, and recommendation engines within Salesforce. Integrate machine learning models and LLM APIs into Salesforce workflows. Design scalable data models using SOQL and SOSL queries. Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Build event-driven solutions using Flow automation and Platform Events. Optimize performance, scalability, and governance across Salesforce environments. Qualification And Requirements 35+ years Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, and SOAP integrations. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and AI Specialist certification required. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including prompt engineering and NLP. Experience designing scalable applications and complex Salesforce data models. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices. Exposure to Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, or Agentforce preferred.
