- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Be the primary point of contact, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the client and internal teams to onboard new clients and develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee assigned client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and to Wisevu's high standards.
- Campaign Management: Work closely with the internal team to manage and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, website builds, content etc.)
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly communicate campaign performance to clients through insightful reports and presentations, identifying trends and optimizing strategies.
- Upselling & New Client Acquisition: Upselling existing clients, as well as being involved in acquiring new clients.
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend the most effective solutions for clients.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex marketing concepts to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a client service role, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX and email marketing.
- A track record of exceeding client goals and growing their business through your account management efforts.
- Able to provide at least 5 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
- Weekends are also optional for additional income.
- Compensation: Competitive starting salary between $2000-$3500 CAD which will be negotiated during the interview based on competencies, skills and experience.
