• Supplier Sourcing & Procurement

• Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for equipment, systems and services.

• Negotiation:

• Securing favorable commercial and contractual conditions, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers in collaboration with Technical, Legal, Procurement teams and headquarter in France.

• Procurement Operations

• Prepare and issue purchase orders or contracts.

• Supplier Relationship Management

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply.

• Contract & Payment Oversight

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual terms and conditions are properly implemented.
• Follow up the payment process.

• Post Order activities

• Track supplier performance from purchase order issuance to contractual deliveries are executed.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet project requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Supply Chain Management or related Business Degree. Master degree is a plus.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the construction or railway industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational, flexible, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working in multicultural teams and/or in overseas projects.
• Adaptable towards a rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Languages: Fluency in English and Japanese, a third language is a plus.
