The Opportunity A Software Tester is responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing. Position Responsibilities: They are responsible for conducting the testing, thereafter analyze the results and then submit his observations to the development team. They may have to interact with the clients to better understand the product requirements or in case the design requires any kind of modifications. Software Testers are often responsible for creating test-product documentation and also has to participate in testing related walk through. Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data. Carry out testing as per the defined procedures. Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures. Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out. Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures. Required Qualifications: Manual Testers are expected to demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and written communication skills to satisfy the main duties of this profession. Successful QA testers are detail-oriented, self-motivated individuals who can work closely with teams of designers, engineers, and other related personnel while also being able to work independently as needed. They should display good judgement and be able decision-makers capable of exercising strong time management skills. In addition to these capabilities, QA testers should possess the following skills and abilities: Advance in Applying testing programs to new software Advance in Identifying bugs in new systems and understanding how to resolve them Advance in Generating reports describing defects and resolutions Advance in Ensuring that new software products are ready for consumer use Advance in Working with development teams to prevent issues with new products Minimum Experience 5-7 years Bachelor's degree, notably in computer information science or computer science Recommended while not typically required , specific certifications, such as ISTQB Advance Level When you join our team: .
