Role and responsibilities of the Chemical Technician includes the following:
Ensures equipment and chemicals to be used for testing conforms to standard and specifications.
Coordinated with workshop supervisors in-charge, and Lab Quality Supervisor concerning quality issues encountered during testing.
Performs routine and non-routine chemical test on Ophthalmic lenses, and raw materials.
Ensure on-time testing of samples, proper documentation is observed, and work instruction is followed.
