Assist in managing administrative processes related to disciplinary actions , helping to ensure adherence to due process and legal requirements. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and maintaining clear communication with Operations and other departments. ABOUT YOU: 2+ years of required experience inHuman Resources, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations, or any similar role. Preferably has experience working in a BPO setting. Willing to work on-site in Cebu (night shift). Designs creative and engaging employee experience and events with innovation. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with a client-focused mindset.
