Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to the portfolio. This could involve compiling information from various sources, creating reports or dashboards, and presenting the data to support decision-making processes. Assists in monitoring regulatory databases, staying informed about changes in regulations, and communicating relevant information to the regulatory affairs team. Provides support to ongoing projects within the portfolio. Assists with budget planning and tracking expenses. Works closely with other departments or teams involved in the Medical Affairs portfolio. Handles various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, arranging travel logistics, processing invoices, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Medical Affairs team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate Graduate of any allied healthcare course (e.g. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, etc.) Open to Fresh Graduates with no formal work experience. Able to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Preferably has basic skills on project management.
