We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms and web pages. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and website management.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage daily content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and insights to enhance engagement and optimize content.
Manage and update web pages, ensuring that content remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with branding.
Work on basic website updates, including blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia integration.
Implement and manage subscription-based features on websites. Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an engaged online community.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand messaging.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and web management.

RequirementsRequirements

1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and basic website management.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Experience with web content management systems (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
Strong communication and writing skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in paid social media advertising.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO optimization tools.
Understanding of brand voice and storytelling techniques.
Experience implementing subscription-based features on websites.
